This beautiful master-planned community needed a social media manager -- that’s where we came in. We create a monthly social media calendar for their neighborhood page and focus on using Facebook and Instagram as their main platforms to reach their target audience. We also do quarterly photoshoots (and drone video shots) at their location to update their content. Our goal here is to continue to keep followers up-to-date on all things Cordera, such as new parks and trails, HOA updates, community events, available lots and homes, Colorado Springs news, and more.
